So a friend of mine was telling me about colon cleanse benefits the other day. There are actually a multitude of benefits. The range from the expected digestive benefits all the way to clearer skin. My friend looked great and he said he also felt great, although we all know it’s more about how you look….Who would have thought that a seemingly gross procedure could have such odd (although very helpful) benefits?
