When I was little my dad used to be a lawyer. We joke around that the title he gave himself sounded like an episode of CSI, personal injury lawyer Tucson. However, when we moved he no longer wanted to be a lawyer (talk about a midlife crisis). But it was all for the best, he got a job that allowed him to work at home so I saw him all the time. I guess you could debate over whether that was a good thing or not.
