Weight Training

In my weight training class at school we’ve been talking about various nutritional aspects of working out. We talked about things like steroids and various legal testosterone booster. We also talked about the amount of each food group you should eat when trying to lose weight, gain muscle etc. It was very informative and actually pretty interesting considering it is a class at school. I actually feel like I can use the information in real life and in real life today not “down the road.”
